Colleagues, attached is a DRAFT CFTC compliance aid we developed along with our CFTC counsel and ACES.  Most distribution coops will not have any CFTC reporting obligations as I suspect that your typical operations will be either exempted or excluded.  However, those of you that are involved in more esoteric things will want to take a look at the attached.  Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any quesitons.
