We have several different sources for fuel for crews.
First, attached is a list of 7-11stores that have fuel- this is a live
document and is updated every 45 minutes- this is not for public use just
emergency and utility vehicles.
Second, go to: http://bit.ly/2wSds1m and find a live document of stations
open for crews along 1-10, 1-4 and I-75.
Third- use the GasBuddy app- it shows gas stations open with gas in any area
you may be in.
If there are no commercial gas options please see below for co-op only
fueling stations in Tallahassee, Madison and Sumterville:
We will use one of two locations in the vicinity of Tallahassee as the first
stop into Florida for fueling.
I-10:
Exit 130: Love's TWO PUMPS OPEN FOR FIRST RESPONDERS
Exit 142: Pilot/Flying J, (850) 482-2148. REPLENISHED AS OF 1:45PM EST
The second fueling stop will be at the Tri-County fueling station in
Madison.
2862 West Highway 90
Madison, Florida 32340
We have coordinated with crews from Missouri and they will have a fueling
tanker and additional tanks that we will use to fuel vehicles. This team
will arrive in Madison WEDNESDAY mid day. They will have 1600 gal of
unleaded fuel and 4500 gal of diesel (approximately), they will also have a
flatbed with 2 - 500 gallon tanks for fueling. We will use this mobile rig
AND Tri County's fueling station to expedite vehicles through.
The third fueling stop will be at SECO Energy's fueling station in
Sumterville.
330 South US Highway 301
Sumterville, FL 33585-0301
Crews will refuel at the Sumter above ground tanks.
I will have bulk delivery scheduled for Madison and Sumterville on
Wednesday/Thursday to ensure we have sufficient fuel. The first delivery to
Madison is confirmed, we are paying for it now. We set the timing or
arrival later today. The delivery for Sumterville will get confirmed later
today and we will schedule arrival when we complete that.
Sincerely,

Don't miss this!!!
Attached is a direct feed from 7-Eleven stores on diesel and stations with
gas and diesel currently- this is not crowdsourced. It was updated by
7-Eleven- about 45 minutes ago.
It has two sheets, diesel and gasoline.
Give this to crews.

Subject: Live Document: Diesel Availability In/Around Florida
Good morning,
We're working on compiling information on stations that have diesel and have
power. This document is a LIVE document, we're adding and changing it
constantly, so if you see information change in front of you, know we
continue to edit it.
We're working with partners on getting diesel availability by city as well,
so we know what areas are good/not good to fuel. We're finding generally
good bets for diesel: Love's, Pilot, Flying J locations. You MAY share this
link with your truckers.
