National Hurricane Center 7-Day Forecast Outlooks for Atlantic and Eastern Pacific areas show a 10% chance of Tropical Storm development over next 7 days off Carolina coast. Some heavy rainfall likely along North & South Carolina coasts over next 5 to 7 days. There is a 70% chance of Tropical Storm development in the Eastern Pacific, off the southern coast of Mexico over the next 7 days.
