Extensive Flooding and Flash Flooding is being forecast from Arkansas to Ohio, including parts of MO, IL, IN, KY & TN.

Meanwhile, more ICE and SNOW for parts ND, SD, MN, WI, MI, VT, NH and ME. From 0.34” additional ice in parts MI to 0.66” in parts NH & ME. SPIA Index Levels 1 thru 5.
