“Atmospheric River Event” over next 4 days, parts northern CA and southwestern OR. Up to 15”+ rainfall in the forecast, and snow in higher elevation areas up to 98” over the 4-day period Tuesday thru Friday, November 19-22.

From 1” up to 4” total rainfall possible over next 48-hours for parts LA, MS, AL, GA & FL panhandle. Flooding and Flash Flooding likely in some areas.
