Disturbance currently in the Caribbean Sea could develop into a Tropical Depression/Tropical Storm in the next 5 to 7 days, moving across the Yucatan Peninsula and into the far southwestern Gulf of Mexico. No current threat to U.S. mainland, but worth keeping an eye on, especially after it enters warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
