Center of Tropical Storm Debby is just off the coast, at the Georgia-South Carolina coastal borders. Sustained winds are still at 40 mph, with higher gusts. Debby is expected to meander across South Carolina and North Carolina for the next 2-3 days before moving up the east coast. Flood Warnings, Flash Flood Warnings, Severe Thunderstorm Watches, and Tornado Watches have been issued by the NWS for parts SC, NC, VA, MD, DE, PA & NJ. Heavy rainfall continues in parts GA, SC & NC.
