FYI… Potential Tropical Cyclone One now bringing heavy rainfall to parts southeastern and southern TX. Movement is west-southwest into Mexico over next 24-48 hours. Flooding & Flash Flooding expected along coastal areas of south TX.

Excessive Heat Warnings & Heat Advisories continue for several Mid-Atlantic, Ohio Valley, and Northeast Region states. Heat will gradually encompass much of the Southeast and South Central Region states over next 5 to 10 days.
