FYI… clipper system brings from 1” up to 6” snow across parts of the North Central Region, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast Region states today and through the weekend. Heavy snow across North Rockies Region, Northwest Region, and CA Sierra-Nevadas.

Light icing across parts WA & OR, as well as parts NM, OK & TX. Max ice in NWS grids: 0.28” parts northwest OR & southwest WA. Current SPIA Index ice impact forecasts is at Level 1 in parts WA & OR. Less than 0.04” ice forecast for parts NM, OK & TX.
