Forward movement now is north-northeast at 18 mph. Some parts of the Big Bend area of FL could experience Storm Surge as high as 12’ to 16’, with localized winds of 130 to 140 mph and higher gusts. Hurricane Force winds from 74 to 110 mph are possible into north central FL, south-central and southeastern GA, and possibly far southern SC. Sustained Winds from 55 to 75 mph possible across southern and southeastern SC and southeastern NC. Flooding rainfall from 4” to 10” possible from Tallahassee, FL, to Augusta, GA, to Cape Hatteras, NC.
