FYI… and the HEAT goes on. Likely another 5 days of High Heat for half of the U.S. Actual air temperatures of 105 to 115 Fahrenheit possible, with Heat Index Temperatures reaching 130 degrees F. Some relief possible by late this coming weekend. Atlantic is very active now, with multiple tropical waves coming off the west African coast. Eastern Pacific is also still active, typical during an El Niño climate pattern which we are in now.
