Note another MODERATE Excessive Rainfall Risk in VT. In parts MS, intensive rainfall rates of from 1” up to 3” per hour are possible today, with extensive Flash Flooding likely in some areas. Meanwhile, oppressive HEAT and HEAT INDEX temperatures continue across the southern tier of states, from California to Florida.
