Round #2 of Freezing Rain, Ice Accumulation, Sleet and Snow across the South Central Region. Round #3 will be Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Max ice in NWS grids is 0.77” parts south-central TX. The current SPIA Index Ice Impact Forecast over the next 72-hours is at Levels 1 thru 3, with some very small areas of Level 4 in south-central TX. Heavy snow in the forecast for parts MI Upper Peninsula & western NY.
