Note in the NHC Forecast Discussion (last graphic) that TD-9 is still expected to intensify into a Tropical Storm over the next 6 to 24 hrs., and eventually into a Hurricane and could potentially be a Major Hurricane upon landfall mid to late next week. The NHC should have better track forecasting once TD-9 nears or passes Jamaica on Sunday.
