FYI… this follows heavy rainfalls of over 9” in a 24-hr. period in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex last night through this morning. From 3” up to 8”+ rainfall is possible across parts of southern & eastern TX, southern AR, northern LA, central & southern MS, western & southern AL, and central & southern FL over the next 5 days.
