Updates to SPC Fire Risk Outlook, Day 2 (6am Tuesday to 6am Wednesday), and to SPC Severe Thunderstorm Risk Outlook, Day 3 (6am Wednesday to 6am Thursday).

The Storm Prediction Center (SPC, Norman, OK) has updated their forecast graphics for Day 2, Fire Risk Outlook, and for Day 3, Severe Thunderstorm Risk Outlook.
The Day 2 (6am Tuesday thru 6am Wednesday) Fire Risk Outlook is now EXTREME for parts of western KS, northwestern OK, and the OK & TX Panhandles. Very low humidity levels (less than 10%), high winds (25 to 45 mph), and extremely dry fuels are contributing to this highest risk category.
And, the Day 3 Severe Thunderstorm Risk Outlook (6am Wednesday to 6am Thursday) has been upgraded to ELEVATED for parts IL, IN, MO, KY, AR, TN, TX, LA, MS & AL.
