FYI… latest NHC update on Hurricane Sam. It has re-intensified into a Category 4 hurricane once again with sustained winds of 130 mph. Movement is northwest at 9 mph. Large swells could cause life-threatening surf and rip current conditions by this weekend for East Coast states and Atlantic Canada. Bermuda could have some impacts from Tropical Storm Force winds by Friday night or Saturday morning. - Sid Sperry
