FYI… the 16th named Tropical Storm of the season, “Odette,” has formed off the northeast coast of North Carolina. NHC forecasters anticipate that it will track to the northeast and should have no major impacts on mid-Atlantic coastal states, although some impacts may occur along the southern coast of Newfoundland by early next week.
