FYI… Invest 91L went to Tropical Depression 13 to Tropical Storm “Mindy” in a matter of about 8 hours today. See the latest updates from the National Hurricane Center below.

Tropical Storm “Mindy” has max sustained winds of 40 mph and is moving northeast at 21 mph. It is expected to begin impacting parts of the Florida Panhandle and northwest Florida peninsula later tonight. “Mindy” will bring heavy rainfall and gusty winds to areas of FL, GA, and SC over the next 2 days. Some flooding and flash flooding is possible.
