FYI... high probability that this low pressure wave will develop into a tropical depression within the next 3 days. Likely to enter the Gulf of Mexico after crossing the Yucatán Peninsula. Models currently indicate a wide potential “cone area” that ranges from far southern Texas to the mid Louisiana border. Watch for additional NHC updates over the next few days as this system develops further. - Sid Sperry
