FYI… Tropical Storm Elsa will likely be upgraded to a Category 1 hurricane (sustained winds of at least 74 mph) late tonight, as it gains strength from the warm waters of the eastern Gulf of Mexico. It will likely brush Tampa with its outer bands, then make landfall in the Big Bend area of the northwestern Florida Peninsula sometime tomorrow.
