FYI… NHC forecasters have given this new Tropical Wave a 40% chance of developing into a Tropical Depression or Tropical Storm over the next 5 days. Upper atmospheric conditions seem to be conducive for further development of this system over the next 5 to 10 days. One to watch as it moves west-northwest across the Atlantic. - Sid Sperry
