You will not have to pay- Statewide will be billed later. We will pass this information along to the out of state crews.

I put it in a mission to the Fuels requesting the fuel and authorizing them
to do so. I don't know why they want me to do that, never have in the past,
but I did it. Send him this email and have him contact Debbie Bass at
