OSHA Extends Comment Deadline in Two Rulemaking Proceedings
OSHA has extended the comment deadline for its Heat Injury and Illness Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.  The new deadline for comments is January 26, 2022.  The ANOPR has 114 questions on which OSHA seeks input to inform its rulemaking on the topic.

OSHA has also extended to January 19, 2022 the deadline for comments on the agency’s Emergency Temporary Standard on COVID vaccination and testing.

NRECA plans to file comments in both proceedings and welcomes member input in the process of developing comments.
