Good afternoon,
The attached is the November Near-Miss report  submitted to Federated. The reports were submitted from mid-September through October. We usually run 1 month behind on publishing the reports.

The reports focus on energized work & construction line work, public liability & line switching. There are 2 reports that could have resulted in serious employee injuries due to misuse of equipment and 1 report detailing a rotten pole incident.

If a report was submitted from your state I will follow-up with an email indicating the report numbers.
