OSHA Issues Its Temporary Emergency Standard on COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing
On November 5, 2021, OSHA issued its Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) in the form of an Interim Final Rule and Request for Comments.

The request for information solicits information from employers with fewer than 100 employees on whether these businesses have implemented a vaccine mandate, and whether there is anything specific to an industry, or the size of a business, that poses particular obstacles in implementing the requirements of the ETS.

Please let me know if you’d like to be involved in crafting responses to the request for information portion of the Rule.  Those comments are due December 5, 2021.
