Good afternoon,
The attached Near-Miss report will go out Thursday morning to all GM, Operations & Safety contacts within our system. We received 12 reports from 6 states (CO, IN, KS,  NE, PA & TX).

The reports focus driving, energized work, Equipment securement and line switching. There are 3 reports that could have easily resulted in employee contacts and 1 report detailing a rotten pole incident.
