The attached Near-Miss report will go out Thursday morning to all GM, Operations & Safety contacts within our system. We received 18 reports from 8 states (AZ, CO, MN, MS,  NE, OR, TX & WY). There were 4 reports submitted in Jun & 14 submitted July.

The reports focus on driving, energized work, line switching and animal encounters events. If you have any questions give me a call.
