Attached is the information relative to FECA's 2017 Washington Youth Tour
contest for cooperative employees' and Board members' children and
grandchildren.  I am sending this much earlier than usual.  Please forward
this to any employee that you know may have children who are high school
juniors and help "get the word out".  You may receive more than one copy as
we are posting it on the HR and member services list-serve.  Many thanks for
