Please make sure that you do not have anything available to the public on your web page or other places that asks people to “vote yes on Amendment 1” or uses the Smart Solar logo “Yes on 1 for the Sun”.  Anything asking them to vote a certain way has to be a paid for political ad.  It is okay to use the logo and ask them to vote in password protected area and in communications that will be sent only to members, but not in public media.
