1.            Does your Board approve memberships monthly?  Or do you have the Board accept the member applications and the vote to approve is done at the Annual meeting of the members?

2.            In writing the minutes, do you detail the actions reported on and taken in the meeting? such as names, amounts, etc....

3.            Does your coop have a weapons policy?

4.            Does your coop have a board policy relating to "Executive Session"?
