Good Afternoon - Attached is the final rule and NRECA's comments on the new Entry Level Driver Training Requirements.  The original compliance date was Feb of 2020 - NRECA got it pushed to Feb of 2022.   NRECA's comments argued for an exemption for utility drivers, unfortunately, the exemption was not included in the final rule.
