Michelle Hershel 21 Dec 2021 16:09 UTC
Good Morning- On Friday, December 17, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit lifted the stay of the OSHA ETS pertaining to COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements for employers with 100 or more employees. Shortly after, OSHA announced employers will have until January 10, 2022 to comply with all non-testing requirements and until February 9, 2022 to fully comply with the ETS.
