additional Federal Contractor information

Good Afternoon - as a follow-up to our discussion on whether or not your co-op is considered a federal contractor under the COVID EO, Jennifer Wright with SECO provided us with the following information:
I wanted to pass on the web link to look up the full list of which agencies fall under the Executive Branch. Independent agencies (i.e., US Postal Service) are exempt from FAR.
https://www.usa.gov/branches-of-government#item-214500
And I couldn't recall the name of the form at the time Mike had asked but I looked it up and its Form 1449 and the link to the form is https://www.gsa.gov/forms-library/solicitationcontractorder-commercial-items. The contracting officer will include several additional pages that refer to the applicable FAR clauses a federal contractor must abide by.
