2021 HR/F&A Conference - questions/reminders

Good Morning - a few reminders/questions for the HR/F&A Conference:
1. Just a reminder that the cut-off date for our room block is August 29th.
2. All participants MUST sign a COVID waiver form (attached) to attend. This includes any guests who may be attending the reception at the Brown Boxer on Thursday night.
3. Please review the attached attendee list and let me know if you see any changes that may need to be made.
4. I have attached the most recent agenda - there were a couple small changes made to the Finance & Accounting agenda since the last time I sent out the program. Please let me know if you see anything that is wrong or needs to be changed.
5. I have had at least one co-op (and one speaker) raise concerns about the uptick in COVID cases. One co-op that I know of is considering reimposing their travel restrictions for employees. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the conference due to newly imposed travel restrictions at your co-op.
6. As of today, the SandPearl has not updated its COVID protocols but I will be speaking with the hotel today to get an update and I will pass any new information along to you.
