Attached is a letter we recently sent to the CFTC requesting the reconsideration of the petitions many of you filed last year for a one year exemption from the rules which would otherwise become mandatory on the effective date of the Dodd Frank Act, July 16, 2011.

As you may recall, after we filed the petitions, the CFTC declined to act on them and said they would reconsider them at a point in time nearer the effective date of the Act.
