Good Morning,

Attached is FEMA's updated Simplified Procedures Policy.  The policy reflects some but not all of the changes we recommended in our comments to the agency. FEMA revised the language around insurance requirements but did not add supply chain challenges to the list of examples warranting time extensions.  FEMA also clarified that cost estimates can be self-certified.

FEMA has announced that it is offering webinars to review the new policy.  The dates and times are:
