  *        The pre-approved conference ID Number is exclusively communicated to individuals who have attended the conference/Activity and cannot be used on general promotional materials. The Activity ID is required as a part of on-site materials or certificates of completion. After the conference/Activity has ended, the Activity ID may not be communicated without verification of attendance.
