Good afternoon - I have had a couple of co-ops notify me that they will need to cancel for next week's meeting.  I have been in contact with the hotel and as of right now the meeting is NOT cancelled, however, I understand completely if you can not attend and need to cancel your room reservations.  In order to not get charged a cancellation fee (one night's room & tax) the hotel needs to wait until a state of emergency has been issued by the Governor- we understand that the Governor is currently working on a declaration and if it is not issued today, it will probably happen sometime this weekend, therefore, please wait to cancel your room reservations until we get a state of emergency declaration.

I will keep you posted on whether or not we will need to cancel the meeting and will send out emails this weekend to let you know the statu.s
