Good morning!  Let's start the day off with a property tax question!  Attached is the calculation that WREC uses to assess their property taxes.  For those of you that have been around for awhile you will recognize this formula as the "Chandler method" of assessing property.  WREC would like to know if anyone is still using this method to calculate your property taxes.
