The Florida Public Service Commission annually publishes the Statistics of the Florida Electric Utility Industry report http://www.floridapsc.com/Publications/ShowElectricStatistics. Pursuant to Section 366.04(2)(f), Florida Statutes, which provides the Commission authority to require electric utilities to provide periodic reports and other data, we are requesting that you provide certain data to be used in the preparation of this report. The information requested from you for this report is attached as a data request, which is a critical part in completing this project. We have also attached an instruction sheet which hopefully will answer any questions you may have.

Please note the data request includes information that is not readily available to us from other published sources. In order to meet the publication deadline, the form should be completed and returned to the Florida Public Service Commission by June 6, 2022.
