 FECA will hold the 2022 Human Resource/Finance & Accounting Conference on September 28-30, 2022 at the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach (www.sandpearl.com<http://www.sandpearl.com/>)<http://www.sandpearl.com/>.  The HR and F&A Planning Committees have met and FECA is in the process of creating a beneficial and informative program, beginning the afternoon of Wednesday, September 28.  The room rate will be $269/night plus tax.  In addition, the $29 resort has been waived and there is a discounted valet parking charge of $20 (self-parking is not available).

You can call in for reservations or book online.  If you call by phone, the reservation center number is 866-384-2995 and request the "FECA F&A/HR Conference" group.  If you book online, use the following link to the SandPearl website:  FECA F&A/HR Conference<https://reserve.sandpearl.com/sandpearl/availability.asp?startDate=09/28/2022&endDate=09/30/2022&adults=1&children=0&requestType=invBlockCode&code=FECA092622> and use booking code "FECA092622."  The link will populate the peak dates of September 28 and 29 so you will need to enter different dates for alternate dates of stay. The deadline for reservations is August 26, 2022 and rooms booked after that date will be at rack rate.   Reservations that are not cancelled seven (7) days prior to the arrival date will be charged as a no show.

In addition, please take a look at the attached HR and F&A listservs to make sure the list is up to date for your co-op.  Let me know if anyone from your co-op needs to be removed or added.
