Good Morning:  Our Human Resources/Finance & Accounting Conference is coming up quickly.  There have been several cancellations due to COVID but the meeting is still scheduled, in person, beginning Wednesday, September 29th.  In order to make attendees and speakers feel as safe and protected as possible, we suggest that you wear a mask in the meeting rooms, if feasible.  We have moved the conference down to the ballroom on the first floor of the SandPearl which provides us with more space that will hopefully give you the ability to socially distance.  In addition, please try to sit with the other staff members from your co-op if possible.

Also, if you need to cancel, please let me know before you cancel your room at the hotel - I may still need a couple rooms, thank you.
